Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

2. Return Conditions

Returned products must be:
• unused
• unopened
• in original packaging
• undamaged

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

3. Return Procedure

To return a product:
• submit a withdrawal statement via email
• securely pack the product
• send it to:

Cash-on-delivery shipments are not accepted.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days from receiving the returned goods.
Refund method: same as original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
The Seller refunds the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option offered in the store.

5. Partial Returns

Customers may return selected items from an order.

6. Complaints

If a product is defective or damaged, send a complaint to:

Include:
• order number
• description of the issue
• photos

Complaints are processed within 14 days.

7. Legal Warranty

The Seller is liable for lack of conformity of goods for 2 years under consumer law.

8. Storage Responsibility

After delivery, the customer is responsible for proper storage in a cool and dry place.
