2. Definitions
Store — website blyssbites.pl
User — person using the Store
Consumer — natural person acting outside business activity
Product — item offered in the Store
Order — purchase declaration
Agreement — distance sales contract

3. Scope of Services
The Store allows users to:
• browse products
• create accounts
• place orders
• receive service emails
• contact support

Using the Store is free. Payment obligation arises only after placing an Order.

4. Technical Requirements
User must have:
• internet access
• email account
• modern browser

5. Orders and Contract Conclusion
Order process:
• choose product
• add to cart
• choose delivery
• choose payment
• confirm order

Agreement is concluded when confirmation email is sent.

6. Prices and Payments
Prices:
• shown in PLN
• include VAT

Payments handled by PayU and Shopify Payments.
Seller does not store card data.

7. Delivery
Delivery area: Poland
Processing time: up to 5 business days.
Delivery time depends on carrier (InPost).
Shipping cost shown before payment.
Risk transfers to Consumer upon delivery.

8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumer may withdraw within 14 days without reason.

Returned goods must be:
• unused
• unopened
• in original packaging

Refund issued within 14 days after receiving return.
Seller refunds the cheapest delivery option.
Customer pays return shipping.
Partial returns are allowed.

9. Exceptions
Withdrawal right does not apply to:
• perishable goods
• sealed products opened after delivery

10. Complaints
Complaint must include:
• order number
• description
• photos

Response time: 14 days.
Seller is liable for lack of conformity for 2 years under consumer law.

11. Accounts
User may create account voluntarily.

Rules:
• one account per email
• accurate data required
• account removable anytime

Seller may suspend account if Terms are violated.

12. Prohibited Actions
Users may not:
• violate law
• provide unlawful content
• disrupt system
• misuse Store
• share accounts

13. Liability
Seller is not liable for:
• force majeure
• user technical problems
• improper product storage after delivery

Products must be stored in a cool and dry place after delivery.

14. Allergens
Products may contain traces of milk and nuts. Full allergen details appear on packaging.

15. Intellectual Property
All Store content is legally protected. Copying or distribution without permission is prohibited.

16. Disputes
Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution and EU ODR platform:

17. Changes
Terms may be amended for legal or technical reasons. Users will be notified at least 14 days before changes.

18. Governing Law
Polish law applies.
